Polycoat PC 14.400 is a high-grade resin system, which is suitable for coating labels, stickers and many other, non-porous surfaces such as key fobs, metal and aluminium placques, etc. whereby multiple geometric forms like rectangles, circles, arches easily can be coated with Polycoat PC 14.400 and transformed into 3-D labels. Polycoat PC 14.400 can be processed on standard doming machines.

This way, stylish and novel products can be manufactured, which the transparent coating with Polycoat PC 14.400 protects from mechanical attack and makes the underlying colours appear in a particular intensity and brilliance:

without Polycoat: boring - dull - "flat"

with Polycoat: shiny - colourful - appealing

Polycoat PC 14.400 is particularly resistant to the effect of weather conditions and UV light and therefore is especially suitable for outdoor applications, e. g. automobile labels (model name flashes), without the coating yellowing or losing its gloss. It is especially suitable for manufacturing sophisticated labels for the automobile industry, household appliances, badges, packagings, advertising, toys, etc.

Owing to the elasticity of the resin, labels enhanced with Polycoat PC 14.400 can also be affixed to slightly convex and slightly flexible surfaces.
